Kelly Baigent and Jonathan Dower from Tui Studios- have teamed up with Agency DDB Sydney and Post Production House FSM to produce a 3D animated 60′ TV spot for the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation Charity.
The story is an allegory for a child with a serious illness and features the voice of actress Miranda Otto (Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Cashmere Mafia) A little girl called Mary lives in a fairytale castle with her friend Will Power. They are attacked by a rampaging army of vicious Bacteriogres, however the Great Knight Sir-John and his valiant knights arrive to slay the beast and save Mary’s life.
The campaign aimed to raise funds and awareness for the hospital specialising in the care of extremely ill children.
Tui Studios developed the original look and overall production design for the spot, directing in conjunction with animation/post production house FSM and agency DDB Sydney.
